Event description

Migration and Professional Identity: Loss, learnings and knowledge

What we'll cover:

One of the impacts of immigration, especially on migrant women, is a loss or reframe of their professional identity, compounded by a lack of familiarity with systems, limited access to helpful networks and barriers of language and finance. This session aims to identify this loss, the factors that contribute to it how it's recognition can aid in the mitigation of impact.
