Event description
In this 60-minute yoga class, we'll move slowly and hold poses for several minutes in a Yin style. Designed to allow you to breath and drop into your body while we work on building immunity.
What you'll need:
- If you're a bit of a yogi bring your bolster, blanket and blocks.
- If you don't have any yogi props don't despair. Grab a blanket or towel, a couple of large books (like hardcover fiction books), a long belt or strap and 2-3 cushions.
- Your speaker so you can stream the playlist for this practice from Spotify.
