Travel instructions

The Annual Celebration will be held at The Waves Sports Club, 1 Miller Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670. If travelling by car, the venue is located a short distance from Bundaberg CBD and offers ample onsite parking. Please allow sufficient time to park and make your way to the function room prior to the 5:30pm start.

Entry instructions

Please enter through the main entrance of The Waves Sports Club and follow the event signage to the function room. IMPACT Community Services staff and volunteers will be available to assist with directions and check-in. Please have your Humanitix ticket available on your phone or printed for scanning on arrival. Doors open at 5:00pm and guests are encouraged to arrive before the formal proceedings commence at 5:30pm.

After entry instructions

After checking in, please make your way into the function room and take a seat. Reserved seating will be clearly marked where required. Guests are welcome to mingle prior to the commencement of the formal proceedings at 5:30pm.

Hazards

This is an indoor event. Guests with mobility requirements should be aware that the venue may become busy during arrival, intermission and the conclusion of the formal program. Please take care when moving through crowded areas and advise event staff if assistance is required.

Toilet location

Accessible toilets are available within The Waves Sports Club. Upon arrival, event staff will be able to provide directions to the nearest accessible facilities.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking spaces are available within the venue car park and are located close to the main entrance of the club. Guests requiring accessible parking are encouraged to arrive early to secure a space.
