Crisis is a time for giving
Event description
Join us for an online fireside chat with Maree Sidey, CEO Australian Communities Foundation (ACF), Helen Silvia, CEO Women's and Girls' Emergency Centre (WAGEC) and Andrew Everingham, Co-founder Sydney Homeless Connect, as they discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic is directly impacting the philanthropy and not-for-profit sectors.
Helen will also take this opportunity to update us on the SEED project, funded by IMPACT100 Sydney North members, and tell us about the work of WAGEC at the front line of the COVID-19 crisis, with vulnerable women and children needing help now more than ever.
Tina Jackson, Chair IMPACT100 Sydney North, will explain how the IMPACT100 movement is harnessing the power of collective philanthropy to respond to the crisis.
Please note: The event starts at 7pm (AEST) and registrations will close an hour before the start. The evening will be recorded and emailed to attendees.
