The inaugural Impact Hour Illawarra on 7 November 2024, will focus on how sustainability is becoming a critical factor for business success. We’ll discuss what the new Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) legislation mean for businesses, but also how companies can integrate sustainability into core operations to drive profitability, innovation, and resilience.

	Phil Preston Corporate purpose, change, and leadership expert After leading high-performance teams in corporate roles, Phil Preston broke out on his own to become a globally recognised expert in the purpose-driven leadership and business fields, having worked with more than a hundred clients over the past 15- years. He’s authored Connecting Profit with Purpose, launched two podcasts and recently featured in The CEO Magazine, CPA’s InTheBlack and the AFR report on purpose in business.
	Kylie Flament CEO, Social Enterprise Council for NSW and ACT (SECNA) Kylie is a highly regarded social enterprise leader, advocate and changemaker. She brings an authentic and collaborative voice to conversations with government and corporate partners, working together to build an economy that enables people and the planet to thrive. She is an iAccelerate Expert in Residence, supporting start-up and scale-up businesses and entrepreneurs to build strong, successful, responsible organisations.
	Dr. Tim Siegenbeek van Heukelom Chief Impact Officer, Socialsuite Tim is Socialsuite's domain-expert on ESG and sustainability. Sustainability and social impact have always been central to Tim’s career, he brings over a decade of sustainability experience driving ESG strategy, programs, reporting and measurement. Tim holds several sustainability accreditations and certifications and serves on multiple sustainability and climate-related advisory and technical groups. He is co-founder and chair of For Wild Places; a not-for-profit pioneering the use of sports activism to protect wild places under threat.
	Ilona Marchetta Certified Sustainability and Change Management Consultant, Ilona Marchetta Consulting Ilona is one of the few sustainability professionals in Australia to hold certifications with the two globally leading organisations for ESG reporting, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Foundation. She’s also an experienced communications and change manager, and a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM). She has led or supported large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation in heavily regulated industries.
