- Claudia Kwon, North Star Impact:
Claudia has over 15 years’ experience working in equities. She started her career at Morgan Stanley in equity sales before joining Morphic Asset Management (Global ESG Hedge Fund) as a senior investment analyst. She joined North Star four years ago to pioneer impact investing in listed equities.
Claudia is currently on the investment committee of the Sydney University Impact Investing Society. She has a Bachelor of Business (Finance & Accounting) and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Mandarin) from UTS. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed the PRI Advanced Responsible Investing program. Neeraj Aggarwal, Australian Impact Investments:
Neeraj joined Aii in 2022, bringing a decade of international experience in the impact investment sector. He spearheaded the impact investing platform of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation in the United States and led the Rebuild Texas Fund, providing vital disaster relief post-Hurricane Harvey. Neeraj transitioned to impact investment after a five-year tenure in investment banking and is responsible for client engagement and business development at Aii. Neeraj holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
