B Locals Aotearoa Webinar series: Impact Storytelling—How to engage and inspire through well-crafted content
Event description
This is one for all the businesses out there doing great things! Are you creating impactful change, but not sure how to share your story with the world?
Join us for this webinar hosted by B Local Ōtautahi Christchurch—a bi-monthly series coordinated by Aotearoa B Locals. We'll dig deep into impact storytelling, and how the B Impact Assessment can be used to guide your impact messaging:
- How to craft and deliver content that help you deliver stories about your purpose, that inspire and engage all
- How to use the B Impact Assessment as a springboard to create cohesive, clear communications around your business impact story
We are excited to have two awesome speakers lined up for you during this one hour online session. Both are experts at how to convey impact through effective and unforgettable storytelling mediums.
Leon Kirkbeck is Co-founder of Augusto, a hybrid creative and production agency that brings the thinking and the making together to offer clients everything from concept to creation. With a career history based in the practical side of radio, film, TV and Interactive marketing, Leon started Augusto with wife Michelle Walshe in 2008 just as the 'Content revolution' started. Leon remains on the practical side of content creation as a Camera operator and Director. He is also co-creator, producer and co-host of NZ longest running podcast 'The Cryptid Factor'. Along with Hosts Rhys Darby, Dan Schreiber (and previously David Farrier), the three take a comedic look at the stranger side of life.
Angie Farrugia is B Lab Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand’s Director of Communications & Engagement. She joined the organisation in late 2022 to build the profile of the B Corp movement in the region and is now also responsible for strengthening B Corp community engagement. Bringing more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience across Australia and the UK, Angie has led strategic brand development, storytelling, engagement and campaigns for a wide variety of organisations, from large enterprises and household brands to non-profits, start-ups, and social enterprises.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with B Corps and others in purpose around Aotearoa!
