Arnika Macphail (M.Ed)
Senior educational consultant with extensive experience leading professional development across Aotearoa. Arnika specialises in translating complex educational theory into sustainable, high-impact teaching practices that empower educators to drive measurable student outcomes.
Katie Tullett (M.Ed)
Educational consultant with ImpactEd and current Doctoral student in Education. Katie’s work and doctoral research focus on advanced curriculum design and systemic educational change, bringing empirically validated methodologies to assist schools through complex pedagogical shifts.

- What if I do not have the numbers or names of everyone I want to involve?
When you book you do not need names.
If you book Early Bird tickets and want to add more later - we will honour the pricing of your original booking.
- Do I need to be available for all the sessions?
Yes, it is expected you will be able to attend all sessions. In the event that you can not you will be sent all the materials. There is no refund for individual days.
- Why send a team?
Real pedagogical shift happens when leaders and teachers move together. Registering a team accelerates implementation, aligns school-wide practice, and builds shared momentum. Join us to equip your staff to lead sustainable, scalable change side-by-side.
- Who should attend from our school?
Suitable for senior leadership teams, as well as anyone leading curriculum in your kura.
- Is this suitable for sole-charge or small schools
Absolutely - all of the content is developed in a way that it works for your context. You will network with other Principals and we will work hard to arrange the seating plan in a way that will work for you.
- What will the content look like?
ImpactEd bring the balance of the latest MoE information and guidelines - and putting these into a practical setting. We support attendees to engage deeply in the question "How does this fit in our setting?"
- Can we use MoE funded Assessment PLD days to cover this?
This is absolutely an option. Talk to our team and we can come up with the right solution for you.
- Am I securing tickets by registering my interest?
No, you need to fill out the Google Form sent to you to purchase
