Join IHF and ImpactED for a Wellness day - with your well-being at the centre.

8.45am Arrival to IHF Health Club

Session 1: 9am-9.45	The day will kick off with a Yin Yoga Session focusing on mindfulness
10am-11.15	Take some time to recover in the Sauna, Plunge Pool and the most luxurious shower in the city Come together as a team for a refreshing Smoothie and/or Coffee in Macro Lounge (coffee and smoothie provided)
Session 2: 11.15-12pm	Nutritionist session to support you to understand the importance of Nutrition, and how this impacts your focus to lead + Q and A
Session 3: 12pm-1pm	Neuro Fit focusing on the importance of staying fit/clearing the mental mess
Session 4: 1pm - 2pm	Enjoy connecting over a late lunch at Elements in the Crossing (lunch provided)
2:30pm	Wrap Up - and of course there will be freebies.....
