This free workshop is for people with disabilities, their carers, family members, and support people.
This workshop will cover topics such as health rights, tips on getting better healthcare, where to go for help, medical appointments, and questions to ask health professionals, information sharing and how to navigate the health system for people with disabilities, manage my care, my health passport and my health app.
This work was guided by a diverse group of people with disabilities.
