Impressions with Claire Pendrigh

An artist-lead walk and workshop to create a beautiful plaster tile cast from nature. Join local artist, Claire Pendrigh at Dunalley Bay Distilleries Tasting Hut.

Spend some time with the little elements that make up our beautiful natural environments. We will make impressions of seeds, leaves, feathers and anything else you find! Take home a plaster cast of your mini environment.

During the walk, participants collect elements from the environment (e.g. fallen leaves, flowers, twigs, rocks). Participants create a pressing of their collections into clay and pour a plaster cast.

Break for a hot cuppa while the plaster sets, then take home your own plaster tile capturing this special and unique environment.
