Improv-e your agile teams - workshop
Event description
Improvisation is often seen as being funny, spontaneous, disorderly. But it’s about embracing change, safety, trust, and openness to the unexpected.
The fact is, human beings are improvising almost every minute of their lives. And improvisation is one of the skills that allow us to the ever-changing environment around us. On stage, improvisational actors use simple rules, collaborative principles, and game constraints to build unscripted yet intriguing storylines.
This workshop explores how those same simple rules and principles can help agile teams collaborate more effectively, feel safer, and how purposefully working within constraints can unlock creativity.
About our facilitator: Colin Basterfield - writer, poet, improviser, filmmaker, agile practice & people coach, integral associate coach.
