Improve your clinical outcomes with Traditional Japanese Acupuncture/Moxibustion
This Seminar is about doing less to achieve more, improving outcomes through Traditional Japanese Meridian and Qi knowledge facilitates powerful treatments through refined approaches. Join us as we explore the theology of classical literature on Wei Qi and Ying Qi to refine the skills of our hands and techniques to correct deficiencies.
Do you see clients that take a long time to respond to treatments for Chronic Fatigue or Adrenal Burnout? Have you ever treated someone and inadvertently caused exhaustion, a “healing crisis” or headaches etc? In the complex systems understood in Japanese Traditional Medicine and Meridian Therapy the most common cause is overtreatment/incorrect treatment of the subtle energy body Qi causing acute Yang Qi Deficiency.
In a world that is burning out this skill set is essential for anyone working in or students of body work, meridian therapy or acupuncture.
With a primary focus on chronic fatigue syndrome and adrenal burnout or exhaustion - particularly caused by high exposure to electronic platforms in work, study, socially causing dysfunction, depletion and dysregulation.
Key Topics in this Seminar:
Achieving noticeable positive clinic outcomes utilising knowledge of the subtle energy body according to the Classics
The importance of Pulse Diagnosis
Common Differential Diagnosis/Syndrome Patterns
Mastering the treatment of Yang deficient patients suffering from chronic debilitating conditions
Refined Needling/Touch/Teishin Skills to Influence Tonification or Dispersion of Wei Qi and Ying Qi
Please note that this course includes acupuncture components. However, for safety and compliance reasons, only attendees who hold an acupuncture qualification or certificate will be permitted to handle or practice with needles during the workshop. Alan & Naomi will work with the Japanese Teishin tool for those working with non-needle based therapies.

Presenter: Alan Jansson
Alan Jansson began practicing Traditional Acupuncture and Moxibustion in 1984. Additionally, he has studied with Japanese Master Practitioner, Masakazu Ikeda sensei since 1996 and continues to practice the traditional style of Acupuncture and Moxibustion as it was taught to him.
Since 1996 Alan has provided committed students with an invaluable opportunity to learn the Art of Classical Acupuncture through clinical experience, observation and astute mentoring. It brings him much joy to see his students develop into successful practitioners and prosper as a result of their increasingly refined skills in and deeper understanding of the practice of Traditional Acupuncture and Moxibustion. This then is the fundamental reason for the existence of WorldAcupuncture.com.
Alan currently practices from Coolangatta/Tweed Heads and formerly practiced from busy clinics in Maimi on the Gold Coast Est.1996 and Brisbane Est. 2001 in Queensland, Australia where he treated 90+ patients weekly.
