🎶 Improve Your Groove – Choir Edition is here!

Ever felt like you’ve got two left feet when the conductor asks you to even move an inch? You’re not alone! ☺️

This beginner-friendly workshop is designed for singers, choir members, and performers who want to feel more confident moving and singing at the same time.

Led by the dynamic duo Yani Mills Voice and Performance Coach, Singer/Performer, Choir leader and Groove Enthusiast with 30+ years’ experience with singing, movement and more) and Helen Cheney - Experienced Dance instructor who has performed all over the world, and now is, among many things, Pilates, Yoga and Somatic (body-led) movement specialist

You’ll learn simple, easy, and very practical ways to connect your body and voice with tools you can take home and use forever!

Across two hours, you’ll explore movement exercises that will gently implant rhythm, and body awareness in you, with techniques that will help you unlock joy, freedom, and flow in your body as well as your singing.

By the end, you’ll feel stronger, freer, and on the path to sing, move and groove with confidence!

Bonus! You'll get your steps in too, so it will add cardio, increase bone density and it may nicely rewire your brain!
