This workshop offers practical tips for business owners on how to make more money in their business, but most importantly, keep more of it.   Starting with profitability, we will outline:

  1. The most important numbers in your business to keep track of

  2. Reasons why your gross profit is slowly reducing despite the business is generating the same revenue

  3. How to price your products or services to provide the income you want  

  4. Why revenue is not the best indicator of business health – and what is.

  5. How to make more money in your business, whilst doing less work.

  6. Tips for maintaining a healthy bank balance in your business

Who is the speaker?

Brad Regan - Real Edge in Business

Brad’s business advice and guidance is founded on 26 years of corporate experience, where he consistently delivered double-digit business growth, year on year.   In his MBA (Hons) majoring in Strategic Management and Marketing, he was awarded a Dean’s Commendation in each of his three years.

Since 2015, Brad has helped countless small-medium businesses move into the top 5% of their sector.   Brad has a real-world approach to helping business owners grow their income, build a great Team, and reduce their hours working IN the business.  

A results-driven thought-leader, Brad possesses the ability to identify an organisation’s unique critical success factors, and formulate clear strategies in line with the owner’s goals and objectives. He’s inspired by challenging business scenarios, where he can help identify the ‘roadblocks’ , and then put plans in place to turn things around.
