Improve the quality and quantity of your sleep

This workshop will introduce you to the most recent evidence-based practices for improving the quality and quantity of your sleep. You will learn:

  • Why sleep is such an important component of health

  • Review your current sleep routines that are helping or hindering you

  • Review a wide range of current evidence-based practices that improve sleep

  • Develop a strategy for improving your future sleep

This workshop will be delivered by Linda or Peter Watson who both bring over 20 years of experience in delivering learning experiences.

The cost of this workshop is $100 plus GST. Refunds are available up to a week prior to the event.
