Improve your Time Management
Event description
Please note: this event is run by the Small Business Development Corporation for small business
owners in Western Australia only.
Many small businesses owners fall into the same planning traps that waste more time than they save. It can be difficult to know where to start with planning your schedule, which work to prioritise, or how to keep your work flowing smoothly and (relatively) stress-free. This session provides realistic strategies for developing and implementing systems that will maximise your efficiency, including how to set up your email inbox for success and breaking down your goals into achievable daily actions.
This topic covers:
- Discovering systems to create focus;
- Employing a process to resolve conflicting priorities
- Discovering the full potential of Outlook;
- Understanding the key elements of 'big rock planning'.
This session is for people with an existing or recently launched business.
This online workshop will be recorded and made available for those registrants unable to attend the live event. A link to the recording will be available to registrants from the workhop hub within 24 hours of the live event taking place. You will have a week to watch the video before the link expires.
The facilitator of this topic, Belmont Business Enterprise Centre, is a not-for-profit community based organisation established in 1994 to assist in the growth and development of small business. Their presenter of this topic is a highly sought after productivity consultant and business coach who conducts training programs for a range of private and government organisations.
This workshop is presented by the Small Business Development Corporation, a Western Australian Government agency that helps small business owners to start well, survive and thrive. We offer free resources, business advice and low cost workshops covering what you need to know to boost your chance of business success. Turn to us for free, practical support to help your small business journey run smoothly.
