Seqwater

ECOllaboration
The South Maroochy Rivercare program is a partnership program between Seqwater, ECOllaboration and local landholders to deliver environmental and agricultural projects within the South Maroochy sub-catchment, to ensure the continued safe delivery of drinking water to Nambour and surrounds.

Through jointly-funded projects, South Maroochy Rivercare delivers source protection with landholders through on-ground works including agricultural improvement practices, revegetation and weed control, as well as education and support to influence improved land management practices. Through this model, we are able to maintain and improve the health of your land, stock and our waterways, and foster stronger community stewardship for our environment.
