Improvisation Workshop with Anna

Designed & delivered especially for Manly Theatre Group by resident improv coach Anna Renzenbrink (Improv Theatre Sydney) this is a two week intensive focussing on character driven scene work. 

Suitable for actors who are keen to develop their improv skills, are already comfortable performing and taking direction and who can commit to attending both Sunday sessions.

Week 1 will refresh the fundamental techniques of improvisation including character and status and Week 2 will focus on advancing skills and creating engaging scenes for an audience.

Anna Renzenbrink is a Manly local who has been volunteering with Manly Theatre Group since 2022 and who has been performing and teaching improvised theatre for over 20 years.  Anna is known for her empathetic, caring and practical teaching style, she is passionate about sharing the philosophies of improv and terrible at learning lines.
