With a career spanning the U.S. Navy Submarine Service, GE Rotating Equipment Repair Division, Computational Systems Inc. (CSI/Emerson), Mobius Institute, and Waites, he has extensive expertise in predictive maintenance, reliability engineering and director of training. Bill specialises in modernising reliability programs through IoT sensors with advanced signal processing, fault detection, and real-time wireless monitoring. A respected industry educator, he regularly delivers vibration analysis training and presents at technical events across North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
