Event description
"If you are not measuring it, you are not managing it!"
We all know the importance of KPIs and Measures in maintenance.
However a lot of people do not understand why their companies have certain measures and what the aims of those measures are.
At this event we will have presentations from Goulburn Murray Water that show us the process they have developed to determining what measures they use to drive the desired behaviors so as to ensure the business is managed in the right direction.
Goulburn Murray Water have developed a suit of measures that they use to manage their business. They will share the different types of measures available in maintenance and the process of choosing the measure to drive the business in the desired direction.
