4 Steps to be 'Seen, Heard & Valued' at Work

In this workshop you will learn 4 simple but effective steps to improve your approach to connect and communicate with a deeper and fascinating understanding of the neuroscience of listening.

When people feel they are not seen, heard or valued in their workplace, the outcomes can have detrimental effects on output, absenteeism, staff turnover, innovation and even mental health claims. Yes, we can use recycled or new ways to tick the boxes of workplace health and safety requirements, however a fundamental need that often goes unnoticed, is how we communicate to truly make people feel seen, heard and valued.
