BEATZ AKADEMY

Speaker: Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City, BEATZ AKADEMY is a Miami-based music producer and songwriter known for seamlessly blending Latin and Caribbean influences with American hip hop, trap, pop, and R&B. He is widely recognized for his expertise in the ‘dembow’ genre and has co-written and co-produced several acclaimed singles, including “Enamorado del Dinero” by Farruko & Maestro, “Dec 21” by Prince Royce, and “Pa Tra” by WOST. His collaborations span a diverse roster of prominent Latin artists such as Mozart La Para, Angel Dior, Kiko el Crazy, Haraca Kiko, Braulio Fogon, and Felp 22. BEATZ AKADEMY was commissioned by Marvel to produce a cover of Post Malone and Swae Lee’s “Sunflower” for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. His work has also been featured in Xbox campaigns and Apple commercials, and his music appeared in Netflix’s Elite soundtrack. He has collaborated with artists including Lil Pump, Tory Lanez, Farina, and Rich The Kid, and actively supports emerging talent through initiatives like the BUCHANAS Studio Music Camp.
