Our Guest Speakers
And we are back! We are thrilled to introduce Ana Asanovic as our first speaker of the 2025 series!
Ana is a creative storyteller, public speaker, and advocate for migrants and refugees, with 20 years of global professional experience across communications and languages. With a background shaped by her lived experiences, Ana uses her platforms to challenge barriers faced by migrant women and foster connection through shared stories.
Her work includes contributing to anthologies like "Unity" and "Undefeated", both highlighting the resilience of women. Ana also provides expertise in strategic communications, marketing and brand storytelling, helping purpose-driven organisations articulate their narratives powerfully and authentically. She holds two Master's degrees - in English Literature and Strategic Communications and is also a member of Writers Victoria. Ana was born in Belgrade, Serbia and has been living in Melbourne since 2016.
About This Session
Join us for an engaging and insightful In Conversations With session, where you'll have the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired!
Event Flow:
- We'll kick off with a warm welcome from our facilitator, followed by a quick round of 2-minute introductions from all participants.
- Our guest speaker will then share their professional journey in a 15–20-minute talk—a great moment to listen, reflect, and note any questions.
- A 30-minute interactive Q&A will follow, where you can ask all your burning questions and gain valuable insights.
We encourage you to turn your cameras on to create a more dynamic and engaging conversation! The session will take place on Zoom, so make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
