It is a monthly, online session where we bring professional migrant women to share their experiences and insights into navigating the Australian professional landscape. Featuring a different guest from a different sector each month, you'll have the chance to learn from a variety of perspectives and industries.

We are excited to have Maggie Hsu, Coach at Freedom Path Coaching.

A little bit about Maggie:

Maggie brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience, beginning in hospitality and tourism before transitioning into international business development, biotechnology, civil engineering and disability and aged care. Her background spans project management, finance and administration, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication. I’ve supported directors, coordinated international teams, and collaborated with government and industry partners across Asia and Australia. NLP and hypnotherapy trained, Maggie combines her professional expertise with culturally inclusive coaching, helping immigrant and culturally diverse women realign their lives with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

About This Session's Topic

In this session, we’ll be opening up an often unspoken part of many women’s journeys: menopause and how it quietly shapes our identity, confidence, and experience at work.

Maggie will share with us what it means to navigate this stage of life while continuing to show up professionally, and why these conversations matter more than ever, especially for migrant women.

Session Flow

Event Flow:

• We'll kick off with a warm welcome from our facilitator, followed by a quick round of 2-minute introductions from all participants.

• Our guest speaker will then share their professional journey in a 15–20 minute style talk with the facilitator. This is a great moment to listen, reflect, and note any questions.

• A 30-minute interactive Q&A will follow, where you can ask all your burning questions and gain valuable insights.

We encourage you to turn your cameras on to create a more dynamic and engaging conversation! The session will take place on Zoom, so make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
