We are excited to have Vineti Anand, the Director of Australian Professionals of Colour (APOC), for our June session!
Vineti Anand is the Director of Australian Professionals of Colour (APOC), is a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering cultural intelligence and inclusion in Australian workplaces. With years of experience in the program management, Vineti has successfully led both corporate programs and people, alongside founding and steering her own NFP organisation. Passionate about giving back to the community, she is always seeking innovative ways to improve efficiencies, create impactful programs, and empower diverse individuals.
In addition to her role at APOC, Vineti serves as the Ambassador of the Migrant Workers Center, where she helps migrants understand their rights at work and navigate the complex landscape. As a mother of two, Vineti's dedication to balance her professional and personal life fuels her drive to continuously elevate the work she does for her community.
About This Session
Join us for an engaging and insightful In Conversations With session, where you'll have the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired!
Event Flow:
- We'll kick off with a warm welcome from our facilitator, followed by a quick round of 2-minute introductions from all participants.
- Our guest speaker will then share their professional journey in a 15–20-minute talk—a great moment to listen, reflect, and note any questions.
- A 30-minute interactive Q&A will follow, where you can ask all your burning questions and gain valuable insights.
We encourage you to turn your cameras on to create a more dynamic and engaging conversation! The session will take place on Zoom, so make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
