Nestled in the Fyansford Paper Mill precinct, The Door Gallery Cafe is a popular local hub for experiencing regular live music, with great coffee and delicious home-baked treats. 'Nature infused folk pop woven with mantra style sing-along choruses' Melody Moon is a Surf Coast Victorian songwriter, producer and performer whose love of nature and wellbeing drives her creative journey. Blending folk, mantra, and pop with local nature samples, each release explores new territory, championing reconnection with our true nature. "A fine Australian artist" — Tim Thorpe, RRR Radio Top 10 on the AMRAP AirIt Regional Charts, being widely played on radio across Australia. Her songs have been used in campaigns for Environment Victoria and featured in the Wadawurrung women in surfing film Delama Warri.
Mac (Maree Carlson)
‘Gospel, Soft Folk & Blues — a Geelong girl with Irish DNA!’ Maree's music is shaped by the soulful depths of traditional Gospel, and the tender, reflective storytelling of soft Blues. It's music for quiet moments and deep reflection and a healing journey. Her guiding reminder, 'Don't let other people's opinions hold you back'.
Chilli Music (Cecilia Sammut)
‘Soulful indie folk-rock transforming life's experiences into connection, meaning, and shared resonance’ Cecilia is a songwriter and composer driven by a fascination with the experiences that shape who we are. Blending emotional honesty with memorable melodies, she creates songs that resonate both musically and experientially, forging genuine connections with listeners. Her work invites reflection, celebrates vulnerability, and transforms personal moments into something universally felt. Cecilia is the lead vocalist with cover band PCB. Alongside performing with the band, she is developing her sound and identity as an original solo artist 'Chilli Music', supported through the Musician Development Program at Oxygen College in Geelong.
Nadine Joy
'Celebrating resilience, self-discovery, and the beauty of everyday life through song' Nadine Joy's songs blend earnest storytelling, wit, and emotional honesty with uplifting messages of self-discovery, resilience, and wonder. From playful independence and healing after heartbreak to mindfulness, nature, and love, her lyrics celebrate authenticity, curiosity, and finding joy in everyday life. Career Highlights: • Collaborated on songwriting with Tim Finn (Big Bag Band) • Performed nationally and internationally, including touring Japan and appearances at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Port Fairy Folk Festival • Featured in the ABC/SBS documentary Big Bag's Japanese Adventure • Recorded albums as a solo artist and with Hot Club Swing, Underwater Butterflies (with Tiffany Echardt), and The Big Bag Band • Directed choirs and vocal harmony groups for more than 25 years, including Tides of Welcome and Angels of Joy • Delivered jazz vocal improvisation workshops and vocal harmony training for schools, festivals, and community choirs • Facilitator of ‘The Big Sing’ – a popular series of vocal workshops held four times a year in the Geelong area
Cheryl Hann-Woodlock
'Captivating audiences with carefully crafted melodies and lyrics drawing from life’s experiences' Cheryl’s original recordings have been played world wide, with her single in 2025, 'I Still Care', charting in the USA in the top 40 country music charts, and here in Australia top 10 in the Alternate Country music charts. Cheryl is well recognised for her unique voice and engagement with the audience moving them from tears to laughter with her stories of a life well lived. Her latest recording 'I Know You’re There' has been picked up by radio and social media with Channel 10 News covering her story and song for ORGAN DONOR AWARENESS WEEK, and THE GEELONG ADVERTISER also ran an editorial on her song having her work promoting organ donation.
