In person Workshop on how to write Functional Capacity Assessments for Social Workers

This workshop is run by Rachel Allan from Southern Social Work & Counselling Services, Principal Social Worker.

This is a small workshop for 4 people, and this will be facilitated at 14/230 Main South Road Morphett Vale. 

This workshop is ideal for social workers who need a more in depth, group focussed collaboration to understand or further understand writing a Functional capacity assessment report within the NDIS industry for participants.

The goal of the workshop is for you as a social worker to feel you can write a Functional Capacity Assessment.

You will gain the knowledge and insight of:

- What to write in a FCA

- Who you can write FCA's for

- Understanding the concept and structure of the FCA

- What assessments you can use/for who/where to find them and costs involved etc

- Understanding the format of the FCA

- Breaking down the FCA template

- Be able to ask questions during the workshop and collaborate

- Resources will be emailed 24 hrs prior to the workshop

- Certificate at the end of the workshop to be sent via email you booked your ticket with
