FORMAT:

• Flights:  Participants arrange their own travel to and from Alice Springs, Northern Territory 
• Mini-bus transport will take you everywhere on the retreat
• Accommodation: 7 nights of camping in and around the National Park:  Alice Springs  |  Rainbow Valley  |  Uluru  |  Kata Tjuta  |  Kings Canyon  |  Glen Helen Gorge
• Food: We will operate a camp kitchen and provide the main evening meal (vegetarian). Cacao powder and an assortment of teas, honey and milks are provided.  Not included in the retreat cost, but supermarket stops will be available for breakfast, lunch, snacks and water.  
• Optional Upgrade:  Attendees can upgrade at their own cost to cabins instead of camping.  Or eat out at the discovery park eateries.   
• Fasting/Intermittent Fasting: To maintain your energy and high vibration, we recommend fasting or intermittent fasting during the retreat.  The Cacao we provide is super for breakfast and is energising and sustaining.

TIME:

Arrive Saturday, 17th May 2025, and depart by 12 noon on Sunday, 25th May 2025.

GETTING THERE:

Please make your way to Alice Springs for the retreat.  We will all meet at the Discovery Park and connect before the retreat starts early the next day.  (A communication group on telegram or messenger will be created so everyone can car pool etc from the airport.)

WHAT TO BRING:

• Your tent/swag and camping gear (a preparation list will follow your booking.)
• Yoga mat or something to provide padding for resting on hard surfaces.
• Aqua shoes and swimmers for water activities.
• Backpack and water bladder (2-3L capacity).
• Thermos for hot cacao and your own sacred beverage needs.
• Hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
• Hiking shoes with good grip (essential for walking on varied terrain).
• Gaiters and walking poles (optional but recommended for comfort).
• Journal to document your journey.
• White T-shirt or shirt to wear over your swimwear during sacred ceremonies.
