What to expect...

~to begin with a few gentle restorative yoga poses, these are easy and very grounding and are designed to prepare your physical and energetic body to surrender to the space, ground into the moment and allow yourself to receive

~from your final resting pose we transition slowly and gently into the vibrational sound journey, I will gently take you higher and hold space while you journey whilst being held safely, I use a variety of tools during the journey, elfen harmonic chimes, drum, voice, Native American flutes, singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls

~I will gently guide you back down into your physical body and the space you are in using vibrational tools, drums and voice to ensure that you are grounded before you emerge from your beautiful journey

~afterwards you are welcome to choose some cards for personal guidance, there will be herbal tea from my garden and people usually like to have a chat and a mingle before they leave

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:

~ A WARM BLANKET TO COVER YOURSELF, this is very important as you need to be comfortable in the physical body to ensure that you can journey without distrations

~A YOGA MAT OR TOWEL, I do provide a blanket to lie on but the floor is hard

~ A CUP OR MUG, if you would like to try the herbal tea

~ AN OPEN HEART AND MIND :)
