It includes the Saturday evening Gala Ball but excludes all other external activities such as Friday activities, breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday, and the charity walk on Sunday.

If you have never attended a former District 9810 or 9820 Conference or were inducted into a Club of the new District 9815 from 1 July 2024 onwards, you are invited to attend the Conference First Timers Orientation Breakfast. The Breakfast is an opportunity to meet Rotarians across the District and learn how to maximise your experience, the benefits of attending a District Conference, and Zone and International Conference opportunities. Golf, including lunch Friday 28th March, Bendigo Golf Club 8.30am
The golf will be held at the Bendigo Golf Club, 33 Golf Course Road, Ascot, 3551. The course is considered the premier golf course in the Bendigo region and is the venue for many high-profile tournaments. The Rotary District 9815 event will be a shotgun start at 8.30am. It will be a stableford event and there will be prizes for the individual winner, a pairs competition and a Rotary team event for teams of four. The golf will be followed by lunch at 1.30pm. Carts are available and need to be booked directly with the Golf Club on 54484878 and ask for Brock.
