Ensure your organisation is fully prepared to meet its legal and ethical obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS (Incident Management and Reportable Incident) Rules 2018.

This critical training session provides a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of NDIS Incident Management—a core responsibility for all NDIS providers. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to confidently manage incidents, protect participants, and maintain compliance in a high-stakes regulatory environment.

Through engaging discussions, real-world case studies, and practical exercises, attendees will develop the skills to:

  • Identify and respond to incidents swiftly and appropriately

  • Produce defensible, high-quality documentation

  • Strengthen organisational risk management and governance
