Join us for an interactive, collaborative introductory session focused on inclusion, accessibility, and practical environmental adaptations within the Montessori framework. With participants joining us from all over Australia and beyond, this group is a space to share diverse perspectives, evaluate our current practices, and discuss how we can best support children with disabilities. To kick off our journey together, we will explore several core questions as a group:

What is your previous experience in early childhood, and are you specifically Montessori trained?

Material Adaptations

Do you feel confident adapting traditional Montessori materials to meet diverse learning needs? Where do you draw the line or find the practical limits when modifying materials?

Ratios & Capacity

Realistically, how many children with disabilities or additional needs do you feel a single classroom can successfully accommodate? How do educator-to-child ratios impact the quality of inclusion in your specific first 2 settings?
