Music and dancing are medicine for the body and soul!
Join us for our all-abilities chair dance program, which is accessible to people with limited mobility.
Led by local health extraordinare Tracy Gott, this fun and engaging program focuses on flexibility, balance, muscle strength, and heart health, all while enjoying the rhythm of music.
Move at your own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment as you explore dance styles from Latin and ballroom to country, traditional dance, and musical theatre—there’s something for everyone! No prior dance experience or rhythm is required — just come and dance with flair, all from a chair!
