Entry instructions

There will be a table set up outside the main entrance of the event where our lovely Inclusion Solutions staff will be waiting to greet you. We will offer you a name tag to fill out and the option of choosing a communication sticker to put on it. This sticker is colour coded and can be used to indicate to other people if you want people to approach you to talk, if you'd prefer to approach others or you'd prefer not to chat and just to listen. You will need to give your name to our staff on entry so they can tick you as present and we can keep a track of our event numbers.

After entry instructions

After entry you can find a spot at any of the tables to sit on. You can also walk through to the last ballroom (far end) and get yourself a cup of tea or coffee to start the day before you take a seat.
