In this workshop led by Melissa Simcoe, Vice-Chair of the Equal Access Advisory Committee you will learn how diversity drives better outcomes. attracts talent and builds resilience. Gain practical tools to enhance recruitment and give your business a competitive edge through inclusive recruitment practices. Hear from national and local experts, including JobAccess and local disability employment and support providers. They will share practical advice, success stories, and real examples of what works in recruitment, training, workplace adjustments, and retention.
From 1 November 2025, new changes will make inclusive recruitment even easier, including updated hiring guidance and potential access to a wage subsidy of up to $10,000 for each supported jobseeker.
