Inclusive Roles

This information session will be facilitated by Anthony Pyle, Community Engagement Facilitator, Mission Australia in partnership with Volunteering WA.

Discover how to rethink traditional volunteer roles and uncover hidden opportunities within your organisation. This hands-on workshop will guide participants through practical techniques to break up tasks, redesign roles, and create flexible volunteer opportunities that attract and engage a diverse range of people. Organisations attending are encouraged to bring along examples of roles within their organisation they’d like to break down into simpler roles.
