ONLINE WORKSHOP for Parents: "Inclusive Education: What it is and why it matters for your child?"
About the Online Workshop
This interactive online workshop will assist families with children with a disability to understand what inclusive education is, and the long term benefits for their children. It will be helpful for families who are new to inclusive education and those who want to improve their child's educational experience. Come and learn about:
• What good inclusion looks like - from the classroom to the playground
• The evidence and arguments in favour of inclusive education
• Inclusive education policies and supports
• How can parents support schools to get inclusion right?
What do I need to participate?
CRU will be using the webinar platform Zoom Webinars. To participate you will need:
- a computer, tablet or smart phone with internet access
- speakers/sound
- a microphone is not essential, but it might be helpful for the Q&A session if you find typing questions a challenge
