Creative HQ + We Create Futures: Increasing the resilience of ideas, prototypes and plans

In creating new ideas and strategic options, we can get caught up in our personal biases and married to our own thinking. When we do this, we also become blinded to the weaknesses in our ideas, which may not survive the first meeting in which we share them.

In this session, we will create ideas in small groups and run through a process to rapidly iterate them, increasing their resilience and likelihood of success.

As the imagery alludes to, we will be working on a food-related theme.

It will be a high-energy, fun and engaging session to finish the year, but there will be a limited number of attendees due to the dynamic nature of the activity.

Reanna is the Founder of Work Futures and an academically trained and experienced futurist. She also has a background in strategic workforce planning, HR and organisational design and development - a combination of skills and education that is unique to a small number of people across the globe.

She helps organisations to get practical about the future of work – to anticipate change, navigate uncertainty and make more resilient people and workforce decisions in the present.
