You have brought your baby home from the hospital, now what? 

Being a new parent can bring a mix of emotions that varies from person to person.

Especially if it's your first time.

The Incredible Years program can help give you some guidance on where to start, and how to begin building you parenting toolkit as your baby develops.

In this program, parents learn how to:

• Encourage their babies’ physical and language development
• Help their babies feel loved, safe, and secure
• Promote attachment
• Discover how your babies' brain will grow rapidly over the first few years
• Knowing when to ask for help

Session 1: Becoming a Parent and Getting to know your baby
Session 2: Parents as Responsive Communicators and Babies as Intelligent Language Learners
Session 3: Babies as intelligent learners
Session 4: Providing physical tactile and visual stimulation (part 1)
Session 5: Providing physical tactile and visual stimulation (part 2)
Session 6: Parents learning to read babies' minds
Session 7: Gaining Support
Session 8: Babies emerging sense of self (part 1)
Session 9: Babies emerging sense of self (part 2)
Session 10: Celebration on Completing the program and where to from here.

As each week builds on the previous one, availability to attend all 10 sessions is beneficial and preferred. Bookings essential.
