Independence Day 2021

Come and celebrate Independence Day in The Republic of Wynnum

Friday 12th November 2021 marks seven years since the Declaration of Independence and establishment of The Republic of Wynnum on Wednesday 12th November 2014.

At 5pm on Independence Day there will be a brief celebration and our current President, President Michael Jullyan, will address the crowd.

The event will be held at the soon to-be-named Independence Park, and Citizens and Non-Citizens alike are welcome to attend.

Although attendance is free of charge, we are asking anyone who would like to attend to register so that we can comply with current COVID restrictions.

We will also send out the location of Independence Park to you via text message at 2pm on the day.
