Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers of children who reside in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean & Bayswater.

A staff member will text 2 weeks before the program starts to confirm your attendance.

Starting kindy is a big adventure, and feeling comfortable with toileting can help make those early days smoother for everyone. This workshop offers gentle guidance, practical ideas, and plenty of encouragement to help you support your child as they grow their confidence in the bathroom.

We’ll talk about:

• When accidents happen – ways to stay calm, supportive, and reassuring.
• What kindy looks like around toileting – helping your child feel familiar and at ease.
• Building confidence and independence – simple steps that support your child at their own pace.

• Connecting with others – a relaxed Q&A where you can share questions, tips, and real-life experiences with other parents.
