People of all abilities and backgrounds welcome to this over 18years event.
7:00pm - Doors Open
7:15pm - Dance instructor will lead an easy-to-follow dance session, teaching you a few fun moves to build your confidence on the floor.
8:30pm - Finally, the lights go down and the energy goes up as our live DJ takes over for an epic freestyle session.
Whether you are a seasoned dancer or just looking to socialise and stay active, this night is all about connection, great music, and pure joy.
