Terms and Conditions of entry or participation in the “Black Dog Ride National Indian FTR1200S Raffle”

1. The following information details the conditions of entry into this raffle including the relevant prize details. By entering this raffle, it is deemed that all terms and conditions have been agreed to and accepted.

2. The “Black Dog Ride National Indian Raffle” (the raffle) is conducted by Black Dog Ride (the company), ABN 73 167 278 944 of Level 15, 2 The Esplanade, Perth WA 6000. The raffle tickets will be sold on the Humanitix platform online only (the Promoter) of 3 Minna Cl Belrose NSW Australia 2085. The raffle is promoted in aid of Black Dog Ride’s Charitable Causes. Further information concerning the raffle can be obtained from Black Dog Ride by email to office@blackdogride.org.au.

3. The raffle will be open from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Sunday 7th March 2021 and will continue until 5pm AEST on Tuesday 31st August 2021 ("Raffle Period").

4. Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years or over other than the following Black Dog Ride related persons, their immediate family or people residing in their household who are precluded from buying raffle tickets. “Members of the Board of Directors, Black Dog Ride executive staff lotteries staff, information systems staff, and the internal auditor”. To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must purchase one or more tickets from the Promoter, and correctly complete the details required on the online entry form. The number of tickets at the opening of the Raffle is 5000. Each ticket purchased from the Promoter that is correctly completed ("Eligible Entry") will be included in the random draw process.

5. Pricing structure applies to a single transaction as follows: $10 for 1 ticket.

6. Drawing of all eligible entries received during the raffle period will take place by random draw from 12pam AEST on Wednesday 1st September 2021 ("Draw Date"). The draw will take place via randomdraws.com.au, a service of Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, ACN 601 297 330, 24/88 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The method will be random draw process. The winner will be given 3 months from the Draw Date to claim their prize.

7. The Company reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry and the Company's decision in relation to any aspect of the raffle is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. The prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email. In addition, their initials, surname and suburb will be published on the website www.blackdogride.org.au and posted on the Black Dog Ride Facebook page.

9. Should we not be able to contact the original winner of the raffle within this 3 month period, we will conduct a redraw. The redraw will take place on 1st December 2021 via randomdraws.com.au, a service of Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, ACN 601 297 330, 24/88 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The method will be random draw process. The prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing via email. In addition, their initials, surname and suburb will be published on the website www.blackdogride.org.au and posted on the Black Dog Ride Facebook page.

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the raffle period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

11. The prize is a new Indian FTR1200S, in Titanium Metallic/Thunder Black, fully registered. Please note that the build date of this motorbike is 2019.

Users should make their own enquiries to verify all information.

14. By entering the raffle, the Eligible Entrant understands and agrees that the Company may use and disclose the information provided by the Eligible Entrant on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available on www.blackdogride.org.au. The Eligible Entrant agrees that we can continue to contact you even after this Raffle ends. If the Eligible Entrant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Company holds about the Eligible Entrant, or if the Eligible Entrant does not wish the information to be disclosed, the Eligible Entrant should advise the Company in writing to Black Dog Ride, Level 15, 2 The Esplanade, Perth WA 6000.

15. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this raffle. The Company accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
