Individualised living conversations bring together people with disability, their families, allies and professionals with knowledge and experience in individualised living to discuss how we can create opportunities for people with disability to live in a home of their own, with the support they need to thrive. Our panellists come from around Australia sharing their ideas.

For our first session, Shaping the Future of Individualised Living: Where We Are Now and What Comes Next? Facilitator Linda Hughes from Resourcing Inclusive Communities will be Joined by Anna Burke - Summer Foundation, Libby Ellis - who works at Mable and is a sister of a person with disability and Leanne Pearman- Inclusion Group
