Indoor household plants: Breathe fresh, live fresh

Event description

Do you have a passion for plants but lack the space to cultivate them? You can still enjoy the beauty of plants by growing them indoors.

Beyond their visual appeal, these plants purify the air by absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen, fostering a healthier indoor environment. Indoor plants are essential for improving our living spaces by introducing elements of nature inside. Additionally, they enhance our well-being by alleviating stress, elevating mood, and boosting productivity.

If you are interested to know more about:

  • potential indoor plants we can easily grow at our home.
  • Rearing and caring of indoor plants
  • the benefits of indoor plants

Join us in our My smart Garden online workshop and listen to Dr. Jay Dhungel who will talk about importance of indoor plants, particularly their role in oxygen release and air quality improvement. He will also highlight how certain plants, known for their high oxygen-releasing capabilities, are crucial for enhancing indoor air quality, which directly impacts human health and mindfulness.

Date: 28 August
