    Event description

Inductions can be time consuming and not always effective.

A good induction and onboarding process helps to set new employees up for success, and sometimes helps identify where new employees are not suited to roles.

Join us for this informative and engaging workshop in which we'll look at how to streamline your induction process and make sure that new employees get the information they need to work both effectively and safely. This workshop is part of a series presented by TCCI Business Services Manager, Stacey Joseph, in partnership with the Devonport Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

     Content will include:

    • Ingredients for a good induction
    • Induction versus onboarding – what is the difference?
    • Setting your new employee up for success
    • Using the induction and onboarding process to your advantage

Attendees will receive an template induction checklist.

This is workshop has been approved for 1CPD point through CBOS.
