Induction to Civilian Life is the first official March Out workshop—designed by veterans, for veterans—to help you take real, practical steps in navigating life after the ADF.

Whether you’ve just discharged or have been out for a while and still feel adrift, this full-day session gives you the tools, structure, and support to reconnect with your identity, rebuild your confidence, and start planning for what’s next.

You’ll walk away with:

• Basic admin tasks complete (medicare card, DVA white card, Private health insurance comparison)

• A clearer sense of who you are beyond the uniform

• Practical tools to define your values and purpose

• Guidance to start mapping out your civilian goals and lifestyle

• A connection to others walking the same path—you’re not alone

This is not a lecture. It’s an immersive, hands-on experience.
You’ll be heard. You’ll be challenged. And you’ll leave with more direction than you came in with.

Who it’s for:

• Recently or previously discharged soldiers

• Veterans feeling “stuck,” uncertain or undervalued

• Anyone wanting to reset their mindset and build toward something better
