Indulge Fall 2025

From the moment you arrive at Indulge you’ll feel a shift in the night. It starts with pulling up to the beautiful Hotel Carmichael and optional valet parking. Once inside you’ll stroll down the red carpet you will be greeted with a glass of bubbly. Then head into the ballroom to meet our professional photographer and he will capture a picture of each guest party at our over-the-top photo op! As you take in the grandeur of the cocktail reception you will be wined and dined on our passed hors d’oeuvres.  

At 7 o’clock the dinner bell rings, and it will be the start of your four-course meal. There will be a few surprises throughout dinner! As the evening ends all guests will receive our signature swag bag with gifts. Within one week of the event, guests will receive a link to their complimentary photo.

• 1-hour cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and live music. Drinks include signature cocktail, beer, wine, soda, water.

Cornbread Madeleines with smoked maple butter

Fried cheese arancini with cranberry mostarda

Celery root and apple velouté with pancetta and smoked sunflower oil

Course I

Roasted carrot topped with parsnip, arugula, spiced pecans, sorghum vinaigrette, and goat cheese

Intermède

Wild mushroom with sourdough, herbed chèvre, black garlic oil, and radishes

Course III

Duck prosciutto with celeriac puree, apple gremolata, and horseradish cream

Course IV

Coffee rubbed elk with kabocha squash, radicchio, and apples

Dessert

Sweet corn cheesecake with cranberries and blueberries
