Industrial Photowalk At The Nation Railway Museum

Calling all cosplayers! Join us for an exciting Cosplay Club Photowalk at the iconic National Railway Museum! This is your chance to showcase your costume in a unique and stunning industrial setting while our professional photographers capture the magic. Whether you’ve crafted an elaborate costume or just want to get some awesome shots, this event is perfect for bringing your character to life in such a cool location!

WHAT IS A PHOTOWALK:
Unlike a regular photoshoot, photowalks are a less intense experience where your photos are taken in a similar way to a convention photowall! Jump into the set, strike a pose and SNAP! Once your photographer is satisfied you'll be invited to move onto the next photographer! This keeps you all moving, exploring and enjoying more than just the shoot! Photowalks also have a set photo delivery amount and they are delivered one week after the event via google drive link.

• Diverse Setting: The National Railway Museum offers a variety of spaces and lighting, perfect for capturing dramatic, unique shots of your costume. Cosplay club has exclusive access to exhibits not normally accessible!
• Fun & Social Experience: Meet fellow cosplayers, share your passion for your craft, and connect with photographers who will help bring your character to life.
• Expert Tips: Receive guidance from photographers to ensure you get the best photos and poses during the shoot.
• More Photos than ever: Thanks to the scale of the location we have been able to include even more photographers! This photowalk you will receive 5 high quality photos from your Photographers for $20~

What to Bring:

• Your cosplay costume (feel free to bring any props or accessories that enhance your character). This Photowalk is prop weapon friendly - this still excludes any projectiles, real baseball bats/metal props, anything flamable. If you have concerns around your props please contact Gen at contact.studiodoubletake@gmail.com
• Comfortable shoes for walking around the museum, there are some areas that are gravel and are not very friendly to heels/stilts. Please ensure you have a second set of shoes to change into + be safe!
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and some pose ideas to make the most of your photowalk!
• Be sun smart! Wear a hat and sunscreen when possible, drink water throughout the day!

Cost:
$20 per cosplayer (limited spots available – book early to secure your place!)
